About the job Registrar Staff
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including transcripts, grades, and enrollment information.
- Evaluate and implement academic policies and procedures related to enrollment, student records from entry to exit, transfers, and graduation requirements.
- Review and verify student records to ensure all graduation requirements are met.
- Collect and compile data for surveys and reports, and generate reports related to student information as needed.
- Protect student data from unauthorized access and ensure its confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in data management or academic administration is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with student information systems and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
