About the job Registrar Staff

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including transcripts, grades, and enrollment information.
  2. Evaluate and implement academic policies and procedures related to enrollment, student records from entry to exit, transfers, and graduation requirements.
  3. Review and verify student records to ensure all graduation requirements are met.
  4. Collect and compile data for surveys and reports, and generate reports related to student information as needed.
  5. Protect student data from unauthorized access and ensure its confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in data management or academic administration is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with student information systems and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
