Sekolah Pelita Harapan is a group of five International Christian schools located in the heart of Indonesia - the city of Jakarta. From a visionary beginning in 1993, Sekolah Pelita Harapan schools continue to develop as Indonesia's leading Christian schools with a focus on academic excellence, personal growth, and spiritual development. We have grounded in an Evangelical, Reformed theology that seeks truth wherever it may be found and recognizes that all truth is God's. Using the International Baccalaureate and Cambridge programs allows us to develop mature, thoughtful students who are committed to life-long learning and who utilize inquiry to search for the truth.
- Led and managed the admissions and marketing team, setting the target, monitoring, and ensuring enrollment targets are met and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from lead generation, lead nurturing, application, and enrollment, while enhancing customer experiences both online and onsite.
- Plan and execute marketing communications and implement strategies that align with school objectives and boost brand visibility, such as but not limited to social media, campaigns, content development, and partnerships.
- Utilize data analytics to track performance, analyze feedback, and refine admissions and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with school leadership and the central office to drive effective recruitment & enrollment efforts and build strong relationships with stakeholders, parents, and students.
- Maintain and execute Marketing & Admission policies, procedures, and reporting to support strategic goals.
- At least 8 years of experience in Marketing & Admissions, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership, managing teams of all sizes.
- Strong understanding of admissions procedures, marketing fundamentals, and customer experience strategies.
- Creative, data-driven, and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships within a multicultural and diverse community.
- A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing would be a plus.
- Highly curious, driven, proactive, disciplined, and passionate- because you will work with colleagues with these qualities.

- Professionally fluent in written English and Bahasa Indonesia (Other
languages are a plus!) - Constantly tracking the effectiveness of everything he/she does - do, track, and do better.
- Always put yourself in the shoes of a customer to understand what they are looking for and transfer that into relevant content that piques interest.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate well with other members of the team.
