Organizational Change Manager
Location: On-site in Regina, SK
Type: Hybrid work schedule!
Schedule: 8AM to 5 PM

Our client in Regina, SK is looking for an Organizational Change Manager for an initial 17 month contract to start. The role is onsite and the successful candidate must be currently residing in the Regina area. Once you are brought up to speed, you will enjoy a hybrid work schedule, meaning you will work on site 2-3 days per week and enjoy working from your home office, the remainder of the week.
Things You Need to Have:
- Candidate must be able to provide proof they are Prosci/ADKAR certified
- Gas industry / utility knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge of Change Management
- Experience leading Change Management on an IT projects
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement or Agile methodology and Project Management for IT projects.
- Experience Delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including a communication plan, sponsor reports, training plan and resistance management plans.
- Experience with conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary
What you will be doing:
- Prepare for change by working with the project team through the Project Manager and/or Business Lead assigned to understand the project and assess the magnitude of change from the current state through to post implementation.
- Maintaining project documentation related to the organizational change management activities as per project standards and guidance.
- Following Prosci/ADKAR methodology and the standards set out by Change and Business Solutions to deliver OCM for the project(s) and/or initiative(s).
- Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.
- Identify a set of actionable and targeted OCM activities and efforts to be included in the overall project plan.
- Develop the required organizational change management deliverables including, but not limited to, the Change Management strategy, Change Management Plan, communication plan, sponsor engagement and reports, training plan, reinforcement plan and resistance management plan.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary.
- Working both independently and collaboratively with team members as required.
