About the job Sales Marketing

· Oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met within the set timeline.

· Streamline process to enhance efficiency and productivity

· Experience in project management / understanding workflow breakdowns in Architect industry

· Using cloud software's Microsoft Teams, WorkflowMax / Xero Accounting to create / monitor / run projects

· Assist key personnel in preparing fee quotes / proposals / variations for clients

· Obtain fully executed contracts / variations from clients before project commencement

· Able to read and explain contractual scope of services, terms and conditions to clients

· Support key personnel in allocating appropriate human resource to projects

· Liaise with Accounts team for project completion status updates for billing purposes

· Experience liaising with clients, consultants, councils, authorities, reps and suppliers

· Assess the strengths and weakness of team members to effectively delegate task and maximize productivity.

· Time Management : Maintain projects schedules, Prioritise tasks and manage efficiently.

What we're looking for

· At least 2 years and more of experience as Project Management

· Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

· Strong written and spoken English with confident communication skills

· Natural leader who is proactive, self-driven, and goal-focused

· Able to work independently, solve problems, and find solutions without supervision

· Calm under pressure with excellent time, task, and priority management

· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks

· Quick learner with initiative and a positive, team-focused attitude

· Strong work ethic, accountability, and a respectful, approachable manner

· Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, with fast and accurate typing

· Familiar with WorkflowMax, Xero, or similar systems (preferred)

· Background in architecture or interior design, drafting experience a bonus

· Experience in project coordination, consultant liaison, or team support

· Comfortable working in both remote and in-office environments

· Available to start soon or immediately preferred

· Salary RM3500 - RM4000 ( Salary based on skill level and experience )
