Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Acquisition & Growth in Hospitality Sector

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities for advanced water and energy systems within the hotel and related commercial segments.
  • Architect and present compelling solution proposals that clearly articulate energy savings, guest experience enhancements, ESG benefits, and overall cost efficiencies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and play a vital role in the company's strategic business expansion.

2. Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Serve as the trusted, primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of hotel and resort clients, focusing on building long-term, strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sales support and follow-up to ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.
  • Act as the internal client champion, coordinating with technical and after-sales support teams to swiftly resolve issues and optimize the customer experience.

3. Consultative Selling & Custom Solutions

  • Conduct detailed needs analysis and comprehensive site assessments to deeply understand each client's unique operational requirements.
  • Clearly present and articulate technical solutions to diverse audiences, from non-technical decision-makers (e.g., General Managers) to engineering and facilities teams.
  • Partner with internal product and engineering specialists to coordinate product demonstrations, accurate system sizing proposals, and optimal system configurations.

4. Market Insight & Strategy Support

  • Actively monitor and analyze trends in hospitality infrastructure, corporate sustainability initiatives, and modern water management practices.
  • Gather and relay critical customer and market feedback to internal teams to inform product positioning, innovation, and competitive strategy.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing regular account reviews and market intelligence reports.

5. Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Diligently maintain an accurate and current sales pipeline, along with all proposals and client data, within the designated CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver timely sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics to sales leadership.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to all internal documentation, pricing, and approval processes for all commercial agreements and contracts.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a B2B sales or strategic account management role.
  • Significant Advantage: Direct sales experience related to hotel infrastructure, HVAC systems, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), or water system solutions.
  • A demonstrable ability to manage large enterprise accounts and navigate long, complex sales cycles independently.
  • Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication, professional presentation, and high-stakes negotiation.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly autonomous individual who can operate with minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing to travel for on-site client visits, meetings, trade shows, and other industry events as needed.
