Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value projects, from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand brand presence in the luxury interiors market.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and UHNW clients.
  • Drive business growth through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and participation in major exhibitions and events.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Represent Lux & Beyond at trade shows, networking functions, and client presentations with professionalism and authority.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and premium client experience.
  • Monitor and report on performance to ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.

Requirements

  • 35 years proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (luxury interiors, furnishings, or related sectors preferred).
  • Strong track record of securing high-value contracts and managing key accounts.
  • Polished, well-presented, and confident in engaging high-level clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, Italian, or Portuguese are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Able to provide two direct reporting references from previous employment.
