As a sales team, you will be required to:

1. Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.

2. Develop new sales opportunities and maintain good relationship with

potential and existing customers.

3. To provide customers with information and solutions on product and services to meet their needs.

4. Negotiating/close deals, handle complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.

5. Achieving monthly sales target.

Requirements:

1.Diploma/Degree in Business Management or any related field. However fresh graduates are

encouraged to take up the challenge.

2. Preferable 1-3 years working experience in sales/tele-sales.

4. Fluency in English is essential.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

1. Possess good interpersonal & communication skills.

2. Passionate about sales.

3. Energetic and ability to approach people.

4. Good client relation skills.

5. Possess some negotiation skills is added advantage.
