About the job UI/UX Designer - HK
Job Responsibilities:
· Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for a range of digital products and services.
· Envision multiple iterative digital experience concepts and present them effectively to clients.
· Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
· Define, maintain, and evolve design systems to guide the evolution of digital products across their entire lifecycle.
· Develop and maintain design systems like figma and UI guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
· Translate complex financial concepts into simple and easy-to-understand user interfaces.
· Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies, particularly within the fintech and financial services industries.
· Analyze user behavior and data to identify opportunities for design improvements and optimization.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in Design or a related field.
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
· A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a track record of creating successful user-centric designs.
· Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
· Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
· Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
· Knowledge of the financial services industry in Hong Kong and consumer behavior is a plus.
