Seattle Search Group is partnering with an innovative professional services organization seeking a Technical Operations Lead to own and improve the technology that powers its internal operations.

Position Summary

The Technical Operations Lead will serve as the primary owner of the company's internal business systems and automation initiatives. This individual will manage CRM administration, workflow automation, system integrations, user support, and a variety of operational technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

Business Systems Administration

• Administer and optimize CRM and other internal business applications.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
• Improve data quality, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Evaluate and implement new software solutions as business needs evolve.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Design and maintain workflow automations using no-code and low-code platforms.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and develop scalable automation solutions.
• Support system integrations between business applications.
• Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Technical Operations

• Provide internal support for business applications and operational systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions.
• Manage software vendors, subscriptions, and technology-related projects.
• Assist with application implementations and system enhancements.

AI & Innovation

• Leverage AI tools to solve business problems and improve productivity.
• Research and implement new AI-driven workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for accuracy, security, and business applicability.
• Promote best practices for responsible AI usage across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical operations, business systems, sales operations, revenue operations, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience administering CRM or business applications.
• Experience building automations using platforms such as Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Compensation

• $85,000-$95,000
• Fully remote within the United States
