Director, Integrations & Strategic Initiatives

Our client is a rapidly expanding national professional services organization seeking a highly collaborative leader to oversee post-acquisition integrations and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

This position will serve as a key partner to executive leadership and will be responsible for ensuring successful integration of acquired organizations, alignment of operational processes, and realization of strategic growth objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership, change management expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives
Develop and manage detailed integration plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications
Coordinate efforts across finance, operations, human resources, technology, legal, and business leadership teams
Drive organizational change management and employee engagement initiatives
Monitor synergy realization, integration progress, and key performance metrics
Facilitate executive-level decision making and issue resolution
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process optimization
Support strategic projects across executive leadership and finance teams

Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, integrations, transformation efforts, or enterprise programs
Strong project management and organizational leadership skills
Demonstrated experience managing change within growing organizations
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in consulting, professional services, operations, transformation, or integration leadership preferred
MBA, PMP, Prosci, or related credentials are a plus

Compensation

Base salary approximately $150,000
Performance-based bonus opportunity
Remote flexibility within the United States
