Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the strategic planning and implementation of key projects and initiatives.
This involves a comprehensive range of responsibilities, from the initial study of requirements to procurement, testing, management, implementation, and ongoing maintenance support of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth requirement studies to understand and document business needs and objectives.
- Involved in the entire project lifecycle, including strategizing, planning, and execution phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful procurement and implementation of software applications.
- Facilitate effective testing processes and ensure applications meet quality standards.
- Manage the implementation process, including coordination with stakeholders and aligning with overall business strategies.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for applications post-deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies to continuously improve project outcomes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of IT Application Business Analyst experience.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Good understanding of cloud technology, with fundamental training in this area.
- Experience in vendor and contract management, as well as change management/service request management, and problem/incident management.
- Prior experience in supporting government projects is beneficial.
- Experience in projects involving databases (e.g., Oracle, Postgres), middleware (e.g., WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat), and automated software testing.
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge in the healthcare domain is advantageous.
- Experience in supporting application operations.
