As a HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our client's strategic objectives with staff and management. You will be the key link between HR and business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards through the development of a superior workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that closely support the overall mission and objectives of the organization.
- Provide strategic business partnership, coaching, and HR support to company leaders.
- Facilitate and guide managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with company policies and best practices.
- Oversee talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and workforce and organizational design.
- Drive initiatives to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory concerns regarding employment practices.
- Lead change management projects and manage HR-related internal and external communication.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a technology or related industry.
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
