The role requires the incumbent to support operational objectives and functions using a variety of methods, procedures, and tools. You will analyze, monitor, and report on production activities to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance within the operational department.
Responsibilities
- Analyze systems and review production work orders to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct thorough production monitoring and engage in detailed reporting activities.
- Resolve Level 1 incidents related to production, implementing procedures to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Implement and coordinate work plans, collaborating with other departments to achieve specific operational objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation and procedural manuals.
- Propose and implement actions to enhance service delivery from both quality and cost perspectives.
- Utilize industry best practices to address issues and enhance programs or processes, aiding in the resolution of organizational business challenges.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; a broad understanding of information systems; strong team collaboration abilities.
