Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering

The role requires the incumbent to plan construction projects and oversee progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. The primary responsibility is to manage overall budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the entire construction project from inception to completion.
• Review and ensure compliance with the project execution plan, specifications, design, and program.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervision teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor site construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Verify and review technical submissions and method statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure the timely completion of the project, adhering to all deadlines and budget constraints.
• Lead large teams, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
• Provide expertise in managing large-scale civil projects, with a preference for rail depot experience.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of engineering experience, with a proven track record in major infrastructure projects.
