Business Analyst (Software Development Projects)

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will be instrumental in driving projects within the IT Application domain. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in Agile methodologies, cloud technology, and various aspects of project and vendor management. Experience in government projects, healthcare domain, and application operations will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery using Agile tools and techniques.
• Implement cloud technology solutions, utilizing knowledge from fundamental Cloud Technology trainings.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring alignment with project and company objectives.
• Facilitate change and service request management processes, ensuring smooth implementation and resolution.
• Handle problem and incident management, proactively working to minimize disruptions.
• Contribute to government-related projects, understanding and adhering to specific requirements and standards.
• Support and implement database and middleware projects (Oracle, Postgres, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat).
• Lead or participate in automated software testing initiatives.
• Utilize strong analytical and conceptual skills to address complex issues and develop long-term solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders effectively, leveraging excellent communication skills to pitch ideas and align with business goals.
• Provide support for application operations, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Application as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and cloud technologies.
• Experience in vendor and contract management, change management, and problem/incident management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in government projects, healthcare domain, and application operations is advantageous.
