The role requires the incumbent to act as a critical bridge between the company and its customers, providing comprehensive technical support and expertise to enhance sales initiatives. The successful candidate will engage directly with clients to understand their technical requirements, ensuring the seamless integration of products into various applications, and driving the development of strategic market analyses to guide product and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers, aiding the sales team in achieving their targets by leveraging technical knowledge of electrical components.
- Engage in detailed discussions with customers to ascertain their requirements, offering tailored technical guidance and support to facilitate the successful incorporation of the company's products into customer applications.
- Conduct thorough market analyses, including monitoring industry trends, performing competitor analyses, and understanding market demands, to inform and propose a product development roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and generate new sales leads, contributing to the company's growth and market expansion.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key customers, gaining a deep understanding of their technical needs, challenges, and objectives to ensure they are met with precision and efficiency.
- Serve as a key technical advisor within the sales team, offering insights and recommendations that shape sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant work experience in the field of electrical components or related industries.
- Familiarity with the Taiwan market will be an added advantage.
- Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth technical knowledge of electrical components, including capacitors, inductors, and resistors, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a sales context.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to a non-technical audience and facilitating meaningful discussions with technical stakeholders.
- A strong customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand and address customer needs and challenges, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
