  • Lead project kick-offs, establish clear scopes, set realistic project schedules, and track deliverables against strict deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams in Hong Kong and global project management teams across the US and UK on multi-jurisdictional matters.
  • Oversee operational project tasks, including task scheduling, cost oversight, billing reconciliation, and project wrap-up documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferably a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience within eDiscovery, digital forensics, or legal technology vendor environments.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in direct client-facing consultation, case coordination, or account management.
  • Practical, hands-on expertise with Relativity (or alternative major eDiscovery review platforms).
  • Native or fluent Mandarin and business-fluent English (written and spoken) for seamless interaction with local clients and global team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

  • Practical background in forensic data collection, evidence handling, or raw data processing.
  • Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), CFE, or equivalent eDiscovery credentials.
  • Working knowledge of data scripting or database tools (e.g., SQL, Python).

Compensation & Package

  • Equivalent to HKD 45,000 – HKD 55,000 per month (commensurate with experience, with flexibility for exceptional Senior PM profiles).
  • Competitive regional benefits package, performance-linked incentives, and direct exposure to high-profile international matters.
