Our client is entering an exciting scaling-up phase and is looking for a highly capable individual to join their senior team. This pivotal role is responsible for driving sales, overseeing project delivery, and contributing strategically to the firm's ongoing success. Key responsibilities include leading high-performing teams, managing client relationships, and expanding the firm's presence across revenue streams, client categories, and markets.

Role requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in areas such as risk management, investigations or asset tracing including senior roles.
• A proven track record in client management and sales. 
• Ability to deliver top-quality results to senior executives and partners. 
• An existing portfolio of warm leads. 
• Leadership capabilities to train and guide a high-performing analyst unit. 
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

This opportunity is ideally based in Hong Kong, though our client is open to other arrangements for exceptional candidates.
