Associate | Insolvency

Our client is a leading global professional services firm who are highly renowned for providing exceptional consulting services to its portfolio of global corporates, boards, private equity firms, law firms, and government agencies.

Due to continued demand and APAC regional expansion, our client is looking to add an Associate to focus on Insolvency related tasks in their Restructuring team in Hong Kong. This role will engage in a diverse range of complex assignments, concentrating on financial restructuring, insolvency, receivership and/or estate administration scenarios.

To be successful in this position, you will possess the expertise set out below:

Qualifications

• With a Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other business disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years experience in financial restructuring, insolvency, receivership and/or estate administration, gained from big 4 accounting firms or financial advisory/professional services firms. 
• Possess strong financial analytical skills, such as business analysis, short-term cash flow forecast, and liquidation analysis.
• A basic understanding of insolvency legislation and practice preferred.
• Languages: fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• A demonstrated genuine interest in insolvency and restructuring
• Strong in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
