Our client are seeking for experienced recruitment and executive search high calibre talent, with end to end recruitment cycle experience at all levels (blue and white collar), across diverse industries.
The MUST HAVE are:
1- At least 8 years as a recruitment consultant. Industry experts (marketing, sales, supply chain, engineering, IT, etc.)
2- Comes from one of the top 10 recruitment and executive firms globally (Korn Ferry, Egon Zehnder, Heidrick & Struggles, Boyden, etc.)
3- Can demonstrate a successful candidate placement history (current and/or past employer rewards will be highly desirable).
4- Willing to give up on their 9 to 5 job in an office, in exchange for working remotely (from anywhere), managing your own timings, and deciding how much revenue you want to make (no limits set by the company)
5- Bachelor Degree
6- Must-have skills: Talent Sourcing, Interviewing, Personality Assessment, Negotiation, CV Writing, Recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, Candidate shortlisting, ATS, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Job Portals, Networking, Industry Associations, Time Management, Organised, Works Independently under no supervision.
