What You'll Do

Sales Strategy & Funnel Ownership

  • Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end sales strategies across the entire funnel (lead generation, qualification, nurturing, closing, and retention)
  • Own and continuously improve sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
  • Design and refine lead qualification frameworks and sales playbooks

Revenue Growth & Performance Management

  • Set, track, and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Analyze sales data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and trends
  • Provide regular performance reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights to leadership

AI & Sales Technology Enablement

  • Leverage AI-powered tools for lead generation, prospect research, personalization, forecasting, and sales automation
  • Identify and implement new AI tools or workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Train and guide the sales team on best practices for using CRM systems and AI-driven sales tools

Client & Team Leadership

  • Oversee and strengthen client relationships to ensure exceptional customer experience, retention, and upsell opportunities
  • Manage and support a remote sales team, including coaching, performance reviews, and process optimization
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to align messaging, targeting, and service delivery

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Own CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure clean data, accurate forecasting, and reliable reporting
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and enforce consistent sales processes

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, buyer journeys, and revenue operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing full-cycle sales processes
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools, automation platforms, or data-driven sales workflows
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage remote sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Highly analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable making data-backed decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in the virtual assistant, outsourcing, or staffing industry
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
  • Track record of launching or scaling successful sales campaigns
  • Experience integrating AI tools into sales workflows (e.g., AI prospecting, email personalization, forecasting)
