Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage outbound lead follow-up, confirm bookings, and maintain CRM accuracy. This role is focused on consistency and execution — ensuring every lead is contacted, tracked, and moved toward booking a tour.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Lead Follow-Up

  • Conduct outbound calls using HubSpot CRM
  • Follow structured scripts and outreach sequences
  • Leave voicemails and schedule follow-ups
  • Route qualified or complex leads to the on-site team

2. Tour Booking & Confirmation

  • Confirm scheduled tours with leads
  • Track and report daily confirmed bookings
  • Follow up on no-shows and reschedule where applicable

3. CRM Management (HubSpot)

  • Log all calls, notes, and interactions accurately
  • Update pipeline stages and lead statuses
  • Maintain clean data (merge/remove duplicates)

4. Reporting & KPI Tracking

  • Track daily metrics: calls, contacts, bookings, confirmations
  • Provide daily summaries to management
  • Flag trends or performance gaps

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 1+ year experience in outbound calling / lead follow-up / inside sales
  • Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience
  • Strong English communication (spoken & written)
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity (e.g., ChatGPT)
  • Ability to work MST hours consistently
  • Reliable internet and professional call setup

Nice-to-Have:

  • Fitness, wellness, or health industry experience
  • Experience with call cadences & follow-up systems
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks (e.g., GSD)

Success Metrics (90 Days)

  • All leads contacted within defined follow-up timelines
  • Accurate daily reporting of booked and confirmed tours
  • Clean, reliable HubSpot data
  • Improved tour show-up rates through consistent follow-up
