Role Overview 

Our client needs a bilingual healthcare recruiter to source and screen nurse (RN/LVN) and MD candidates for an active clinical staffing pipeline. This hire will own top-of-funnel sourcing, initial screening, and candidate qualification, working closely with the VP of Recruiting to keep the pipeline full of credentialed, work-ready candidates. A clinical background (nursing or medical) is required — this role needs someone who can evaluate credentials and clinical experience firsthand, not just keyword-match a resume. 

Key Responsibilities 

Sourcing & Pipeline Building 

• Source nurse and MD candidates via LinkedIn, Manatal, and other channels 

• Build and maintain a qualified, ready-to-screen candidate pipeline 

• Keep candidate records current and organized in Manatal 

Screening & Qualification 

• Conduct first-round screening calls to verify clinical background, licensure, and availability 

• Assess English and Spanish fluency for bilingual client needs 

• Move qualified candidates through GoodFit AI interviews and track outcomes 

Coordination & Reporting 

• Report pipeline status and screening outcomes to the VP of Recruiting 

• Flag pipeline gaps or sourcing bottlenecks proactively 

• Communicate with candidates professionally via Slack, email, and Teams 

Who Will Succeed 

This role fits someone who has worked as a nurse or MD and now wants to use that clinical judgment to build great care teams for others. 

• Has hands-on clinical experience (RN, LVN, or MD background) 

• Is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and verbal 

• Works independently and stays organized across a moving pipeline 

• Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced, part-time remote setup 

Experience & Skills 

Required: 

• Clinical background as a Nurse (RN/LVN) or MD 

• Fully bilingual: English and Spanish (written and verbal) 

• Prior recruiting, sourcing, or candidate screening experience 

• AI fluency — actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to work faster and smarter; specific tools and use cases confirmed at screening 

• Available to work during US business hours 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; assessed at screening 

Preferred: 

• Prior experience recruiting for healthcare or clinical roles specifically 

• Experience with Manatal, GoodFit AI, or similar ATS/AI-interview tools
