About the Role

Are you fluent in Spanish and English? Confident managing sales conversations, qualifying leads, and supporting deal closures?

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Bilingual Sales Executive to support our growing international team. This role focuses on lead management, outbound outreach, CRM tracking, and supporting the sales pipeline in a fast-paced remote environment.

The ideal candidate is persuasive, organized, tech-savy, and comfortable using AI tools to improve outreach efficiency and follow-up processes.

This position requires availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Outreach

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both Spanish and English.

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media.

  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipeline.

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.

Sales Support & Closing Assistance

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.

  • Support negotiation conversations when needed.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and professional communication.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Manage and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Track lead activity, follow-ups, and deal stages.

  • Maintain organized and accurate sales data.

  • Generate simple pipeline reports when required.

Lead Generation & Research

  • Conduct prospect research and identify new opportunities.

  • Support marketing efforts through targeted lead generation.

  • Maintain and update prospect databases.

AI & Sales Optimization

  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms) to draft outreach emails, follow-ups, and sales scripts.

  • Support automation of repetitive tasks and follow-up sequences.

  • Identify ways to improve response rates and sales workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

  • Minimum English proficiency level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.

  • At least 6 months of previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.

  • Availability during PST business hours.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Professional and results-driven mindset.

Technical Skills

  • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

  • Communication tools (Zoom, Slack)

  • Project/task management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)

  • AI tools for drafting and workflow optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with U.S. or Latin American clients.

  • Background in customer success or upselling strategies.

  • Experience in remote sales environments.

  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting strategies.

Work Schedule
