Global Remote Recruiter (International Markets)

What You'll Do

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles (VAs, operations, sales, admin, marketing, etc.)

* Source candidates using:

* LinkedIn

* Job boards

* Social media

* Referrals and outbound sourcing

* Screen candidates through resume reviews, initial interviews, and assessments

* Coordinate interviews and communicate clearly with candidates throughout the process

* Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Manatal)

* Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements

* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly hiring targets

* Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Recruiter

* Experience hiring for remote or international roles is a big plus

* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

* Excellent interviewing and people assessment skills

* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at once

* Comfortable working with ATS platforms (Manatal experience is a bonus)

* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
