We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires at least 5 years of EA experience and prior experience working in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials

  • Coordinate real estate-related activities such as property transactions, leases, and documentation

  • Communicate with brokers, attorneys, property managers, and internal teams

  • Track deadlines, contracts, and key action items

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Real estate industry experience (commercial or residential) required

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred

  • Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
