We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires at least 5 years of EA experience and prior experience working in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Coordinate real estate-related activities such as property transactions, leases, and documentation

Communicate with brokers, attorneys, property managers, and internal teams

Track deadlines, contracts, and key action items

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

Real estate industry experience (commercial or residential) required

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred

Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
