Through our Referral Program, anyone outside of our company can help shape the future of our team by recommending their connections for our open roles. When your referral joins us and succeeds, you get rewarded.
How It Works
Simple. Smart. Rewarding.
1. Refer talent
Submit your referral via our Referral Form and attach the candidate’s latest resume/CV.
2. We take it from there
Our recruitment team reviews the profile and connects with the candidate if there’s a strong match.
3. You get rewarded
Once your referral is hired and completes probation
– 3 months (Executive & Specialist)
– 6 months (Leader & above)
You’ll receive a referral reward as our thank-you.
A Few Things to Know
- Referrals must be submitted before the candidate applies directly or is contacted by our Recruitment Team.

Candidates who applied (directly or via agency) in the last 12 months are not eligible.

Former employees (within 12 months), interns, contractors, or temporary staff are not eligible.

Rewards are non-transferable and paid only to the original referrer.

Rewards are processed after the probation period is successfully completed.
