Job Summary

This role supports day-to-day transactions operations by handling ad-hoc tasks, transaction verification, audits, and customer complaint resolution, while systematically identifying and documenting the root causes of recurring issues.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day support for outlet operations.

  • Fulfill operational support requests as needed.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

  • Apply systematic analysis to resolve complex problems.

  • Perform transaction verification.

  • Take part in audits.

  • Manage and resolve complaints and issues effectively.

  • Accurately document and categorize customer interactions and issues within relevant systems.

  • Report emerging and recurring issues in a timely manner.


Requirements:

  • Educational background in Primary/Secondary School (O Level), Higher Secondary (STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U), Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • A highly motivated, results-driven mindset.

  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts with 6 rest days per month.

  • Familiarity with customer service principles, relevant computer applications, and administrative procedures.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, document, and present root causes and corrective actions.

  • Proficiency in Chinese and English.
