Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive HR communication strategies to strengthen internal engagement and attract external talent.

  • Create digital content (posters, infographics, videos, multimedia) to enhance brand visibility.

  • Design and implement campaigns for recruitment, internships, scholarships, and employee engagement.

  • Research and adopt innovative digital communication tools and platforms for maximum outreach.

  • Collaborate with teams to redesign HR communication platforms for better user experience and brand consistency.

  • Develop HR marketing collaterals to support talent acquisition and branding efforts.

  • Monitor and analyse communication effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and similar tools.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

  • Creative, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duration/ Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

  • Working Hours:
    • Monday to Thursday : 8.30am 6pm
    • Friday: 8.30am 5.30pm
