About the job Executive (HR & Operation) (Fort Canning)
- Assist with recruitment activities across both AGC offices, e.g., shortlisting of candidates with hiring divisions, logistical arrangement and conduct of interviews, requesting for documents for candidates, engaging candidates for preliminary assessment, engaging hiring divisions on selection decisions, etc.
- Assist with liaising and managing manpower agencies in the hiring and contract renewal/expiry of temporary staff, billing verification and budget monitoring.
- Timely update of information in HR databases and systems.
- Assist with the digitisation of hardcopy personnel files under the electronic P-file management project.
- Assist with sorting, scanning and filing of documents from LSC and creation of LSO personnel files.
- Assist with administrative and operations matters of other HR functions.
Requirement:
Prior HR experience in recruitment and/or HR operations preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with HR systems is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively in a team.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duration/ working hours:
6 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
