About the job Assistant Manager (Pasir Panjang)
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for grant programs, including application processing, document verification, evaluation coordination, and claims/disbursement.
- Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and networking sessions, managing logistics, materials, and communications.
- Manage digital content and website updates, respond to enquiries, and support marketing materials and newsletters.
- Prepare management updates, progress summaries, and other administrative reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in event planning, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Experience in grant administration or government programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital trade, blockchain technology, or TradeTrust ecosystem is advantageous.
Duration/ Working hours:
11 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
