Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for grant programs, including application processing, document verification, evaluation coordination, and claims/disbursement.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and networking sessions, managing logistics, materials, and communications.
  • Manage digital content and website updates, respond to enquiries, and support marketing materials and newsletters.
  • Prepare management updates, progress summaries, and other administrative reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in event planning, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Experience in grant administration or government programs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital trade, blockchain technology, or TradeTrust ecosystem is advantageous.

Duration/ Working hours:

11 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
