Seeking a Youth Worker to support student discipline, intervention, and student development programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group intervention sessions for students
  • Support investigations and manage student disciplinary cases
  • Develop and implement intervention and preventive programmes (e.g. social-emotional learning)
  • Maintain confidential student records and documentation
  • Support crisis intervention and student case management
  • Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and external agencies
  • Assist in programme evaluation and reporting
  • 40-hour work week (8 hours x 5 days), with occasional after-hours support if required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant student management experience in Singapore
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Calm, responsible, and able to manage challenging situations

Duration/Working hours:

4 months contract (Jun 2026 to Oct 2026)

  • 40 hours per week, excluding 1 hour for lunch break
  • Services not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
