Job Scope

  • Manage and maintain Senior Management calendars, meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, venues, and preparation of materials.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organise and maintain office records, files, and documents.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Assist with administrative claims, subscriptions, and logistical support.
  • Provide general administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary to Senior Management.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with government procedures is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Working Hours

Mon – Thurs : 8:30am – 6:00pm

Friday : 8:30am – 5:30pm

(inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
