Job Scope
- Manage and maintain Senior Management calendars, meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, venues, and preparation of materials.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Organise and maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
- Assist with administrative claims, subscriptions, and logistical support.
- Provide general administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary to Senior Management.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with government procedures is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
Working Hours
Mon – Thurs : 8:30am – 6:00pm
Friday : 8:30am – 5:30pm
(inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
