ICT Trainer (Sembawang)

Looking for an ICT Trainer to conduct ICT training and provide digital learning, multimedia and AVA support to students and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct lessons and training on Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, AI tools and iPad applications.
• Prepare training materials, resources, exercises and projects with teachers.
• Support ICT programmes, digital learning initiatives and Personalised Digital Learning Programme activities.
• Train and support teachers and students in the use of ICT software and applications.
• Provide photography, videography and AVA support for lessons and school events.
• Assist with ICT administration and school website management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Multimedia or a related discipline.
• Able to conduct training for secondary students and manage classroom discipline.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, AI tools and iPad applications.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Able to provide ICT training and support to staff and students.

Duration/working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) (Jan 2027 to Dec 2027)

• 7.00 a.m – 3.00 p.m. on Mondays – Fridays (1 hour lunchtime).
• Additional assistance might be needed on Saturdays / Sundays when school is having special activities. Personnel will be informed in advance when the need arises.
