  • Conduct stocktaking and RFID tagging of files.
  • Prepare files for offsite scanning.

  • Perform quality checks on digitised documents and upload scanned copies.

  • Support other ad hoc registry and records management tasks.

    Requirement:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

  • Able to work independently and stay organised.

  • Experience in records or registry work is a plus.

  • Duration/ Working hours:

    6 months contract (Immediate)

    42 hours per week
