About the job Account Admin Assistant (Newton)

  • Maintain daily accounting transactions and data entry

  • Keep proper and systematic filing and records

  • Prepare budgets, financial statements, and monthly reports

  • Maintain full set of books

  • Issue payment vouchers and receipts

  • Monitor collections

  • Perform general administrative duties

  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications or skill accreditation

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Duration/ Working hours:

12 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8:00am to 4:45pm, inclusive of
45 minutes lunch break
Tuesdays and Thursdays are non-working days
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
