- Maintain daily accounting transactions and data entry

Keep proper and systematic filing and records

Prepare budgets, financial statements, and monthly reports

Maintain full set of books

Issue payment vouchers and receipts

Monitor collections
-
Perform general administrative duties

Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements

Relevant qualifications or skill accreditation

Minimum 3 years of related experience

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Duration/ Working hours:
12 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8:00am to 4:45pm, inclusive of
45 minutes lunch break
Tuesdays and Thursdays are non-working days
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
