About the job Student Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for student development programmes, including Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs), enrichment programmes, camps and overseas trips.
  • Coordinate documentation, attendance, budgets, procurement, logistics, inventory, risk management, instructor engagement and parent communications.
  • Support the planning and execution of CCA events and student development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with school standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
  • Monitor students' learning, participation and well-being during CCAs and activities.
  • Facilitate student reflection and support character, leadership and holistic development.
  • Collaborate with school staff, CCA instructors, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Diploma qualification preferred (candidates with GCE 'A' Levels may also be considered).
  • Experience in administration, logistics, event coordination or project management is an advantage.
  • Experience working with children or youths is preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience (e.g. CCA leader, prefect, class chairperson or peer support leader) is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to support school-based activities.
  • Strong organisational, project management and analytical skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • IT-savvy with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Good character and positive attitude.

Duration/Working hours:

2 years contract 

42 hours per week
