Job Description
- Manage LEARN subscription administration and billing processes.
- Provide administrative support for business development activities.
- Develop instructional guides, electronic direct mailers (EDMs), and supporting materials for content curation and events.
- Prepare, maintain, and update records, reports, and databases.
- Ensure accurate data entry and proper maintenance of shared folders and documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to handle enquiries and provide information.
- Support process improvement initiatives and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
- GCE A-Level qualification or Polytechnic Diploma.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data management functions.
- Knowledge of Excel VBA for automating repetitive tasks is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling numerical data.
- Well-organised and able to maintain information systematically in shared folders and databases.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Resourceful, proactive, and capable of identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to supporting team goals.
Duration/Working hours:
6 months contract (Immediate)
Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
