Job Description

  • Manage LEARN subscription administration and billing processes.
  • Provide administrative support for business development activities.
  • Develop instructional guides, electronic direct mailers (EDMs), and supporting materials for content curation and events.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update records, reports, and databases.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and proper maintenance of shared folders and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to handle enquiries and provide information.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

  • GCE A-Level qualification or Polytechnic Diploma.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data management functions.
  • Knowledge of Excel VBA for automating repetitive tasks is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling numerical data.
  • Well-organised and able to maintain information systematically in shared folders and databases.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and capable of identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to supporting team goals.

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

Monday to  Friday: 42 hours per week
