Role Overview
Support partner outreach and engagement efforts by maintaining accurate partner records, conducting outreach activities, and coordinating communications with employers and stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to verify and update partner contact information - Maintain and update records in the database accurately
- Follow up with employers on engagement opportunities and activities
- Support employer engagement and outreach initiatives
- Prepare basic reports and maintain communication records
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skillsomfortable with stakeholder engagement and outbound calls
- Meticulous and organised, with good attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in customer service, outreach, or administrative support is an advantage
- Diploma
Duration/working hours:
11 months contract (Immediate)
Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
