About the job Assistant Manager


Scope of Work:

  • Design, develop, and implement structured mentorship programmes and masterclasses aimed at nurturing local creative talent and building strong, marketable intellectual properties (IPs)
  • Curate programme content and learning outcomes that are aligned with industry trends, audience demands, and global media standards
  • Identify, source, and engage reputable international experts, industry professionals, and thought leaders to serve as mentors and trainers for talent development initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with programme partners, stakeholders, and collaborators to ensure effective coordination and successful delivery of mentorships and masterclasses
  • Oversee end-to-end programme management, including planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, and participant engagement
  • Track, monitor, and evaluate talent and project progression throughout and after programme completion to assess growth and impact
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to measure programme effectiveness, identify gaps, and refine strategies for continuous improvement and scalability

Requirements:

  • Background in Media, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the media or entertainment industry, particularly in IP development and exposure to international markets
  • Strong programme management skills with proven experience in coordinating partnerships and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in organising or supporting talent development programmes is highly preferred
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment

Duration / Working Hours:

  • 5-month contract position with immediate commencement
  • Required to work 42 hours per week
