ICT Trainer (Sengkang)
About the job ICT Trainer (Sengkang)
Key Responsibilities
Planning & ICT Support
- Support school ICT projects and provide updates/documentation
- Ensure compliance with MOE ICT policies and guidelines
- Assist in ICT inventory and asset management
- Coordinate with Desktop Engineers and external vendors
- Support planning and monitoring of ICT programmes
Administrative & Media
- Maintain and update school website
- Design posters and digital collaterals
- Handle photography & videography (pre/post production)
- Compile and archive students' ICT projects
- Conduct surveys to evaluate ICT programmes
- Provide AV support for school events and activities
Teaching & Learning Support
- Assist teachers in integrating ICT tools in lessons
- Support e-learning initiatives and digital learning culture
- Help implement ICT-based learning activities
Training & Student Development
- Plan and conduct ICT training for students and staff
- Support training on e-learning platforms and AV tools
- Assist in ICT CCAs and competitions (e.g. Robotics)
- Review and improve training programmes
Resource Management
- Manage ICT equipment (loan, replacement, disposal)
- Support LMS tools (e.g. Google Classroom) optimization
Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Multimedia, Design or related field
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience (school environment preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
- Skilled in media tools (Adobe, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.)
- Knowledge of AI tools is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- To submit Portfolio (media/design/video samples)
Duration/Working hours:
18 months contract ( Jul 2026 to Dec 2027)
Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 5.00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour
lunch break.
Fridays: 7.30am to 4.30pm inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public
holidays (unless required by the school)
