Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supplier engagement lifecycle to support strategic initiatives and outcomes
  • Engage suppliers to understand offerings and identify key differentiators
  • Prepare assessments, briefs, and submissions for management review and decision-making
  • Maintain tracking systems to ensure engagement milestones and actions are completed within SLAs
  • Collate, analyse, and transform supplier performance data into actionable insights for reporting
  • Conduct research on ICT industry trends and identify opportunities
  • Provide coordination and support for cross-functional projects and programmes

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ICT industry or related field
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to engage stakeholders
  • Good analytical, organisational, and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with CRM systems and Tableau is an advantage

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Aug 2026 to Jul 2027)

42 hours per week
