Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supplier engagement lifecycle to support strategic initiatives and outcomes
- Engage suppliers to understand offerings and identify key differentiators
- Prepare assessments, briefs, and submissions for management review and decision-making
- Maintain tracking systems to ensure engagement milestones and actions are completed within SLAs
- Collate, analyse, and transform supplier performance data into actionable insights for reporting
- Conduct research on ICT industry trends and identify opportunities
- Provide coordination and support for cross-functional projects and programmes
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in ICT industry or related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to engage stakeholders
- Good analytical, organisational, and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM systems and Tableau is an advantage
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (Aug 2026 to Jul 2027)
42 hours per week
