About the job Assistant Executive, LSC Secretariat (Chinatown)
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and pack approximately 1,250 files from compactors into boxes.
- Prepare lists of files per box and a consolidated master listing.
- Assist with the handover/transfer of files from office to digitising vendor.
- Check digitised files for accuracy: correct file names, no missing pages, proper order, and alignment.
- Assist with retrieval of physical files from vendor and return to designated locations.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow procedures accurately.
- Able to handle physical documents safely and efficiently.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Duration/Working hours:
1 months to 3 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
