About the job Assistant Manager (Newton)
- Plan and coordinate WSH training, including liaising with providers, securing venues, arranging refreshments, and tracking attendance

Clean and update training records for automated tracking

Support development and testing of automated reminder systems for training

Assist in building bots to categorise SPOT observations and enhance safety data visualisation

Support processing of WSH-related awards

Assist in organising staff engagement events and safety activities
Requirements

1-2 years of relevant experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Knowledge of data collection and analytics
-
Able to work independently

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Meticulous and detail-oriented
-
Experience in data analytics is an advantage
3 months contract (with the possibility of extending 3 months) (Immediate)
42 hours per week
