About the job Assistant Manager (Newton)

  • Plan and coordinate WSH training, including liaising with providers, securing venues, arranging refreshments, and tracking attendance

  • Clean and update training records for automated tracking

  • Support development and testing of automated reminder systems for training

  • Assist in building bots to categorise SPOT observations and enhance safety data visualisation

  • Support processing of WSH-related awards

  • Assist in organising staff engagement events and safety activities

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Knowledge of data collection and analytics

  • Able to work independently

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented

  • Experience in data analytics is an advantage

Duration/ Working hours

3 months contract (with the possibility of extending 3 months) (Immediate)

42 hours per week
