About the job Temp Admin Staff (Tuas/Woodlands)

  • Manage and maintain stores to ensure all items are properly stored and organised.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records accurately.
  • Support data entry and ensure stock information is up to date.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving digital inventory tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel).
  • Perform general administrative duties to support inventory and store operations.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma, A Level, O Level, or NITEC qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

Duration/ Working hours:

3 months contract (Immediate)

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am 6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm
