Temp Admin Staff (Tuas/Woodlands)
About the job Temp Admin Staff (Tuas/Woodlands)
- Manage and maintain stores to ensure all items are properly stored and organised.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records accurately.
- Support data entry and ensure stock information is up to date.
- Assist in maintaining and improving digital inventory tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel).
- Perform general administrative duties to support inventory and store operations.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma, A Level, O Level, or NITEC qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Duration/ Working hours:
3 months contract (Immediate)
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm
