Kitchen Assistant cum OSO (Redhill)

• Support Food and Science Labs: prepare materials, maintain equipment, ensure cleanliness, and assist teachers during practical lessons.

• Conduct inventory and stock checks; manage lab resources and filing of invoices.

• Assist with school events, logistics, and general Operations Support Officer (OSO) duties.

• Maintain preparation rooms and labs, including cleaning apparatus and safety equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary 4 qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Helper, OSO, Cleaner, or similar role.

• Basic English and math skills; able to follow recipes and calculate ingredients.

• Knowledge of food safety and handling; certification preferred (e.g., ITE Food Safety Level 1, WSQ Food Hygiene).

• Independent, confident, and proactive.

10 momths contract ( 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Oct 2026)

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:15am to 4:15pm, inclusive of ½hr lunch break (8.5 hrs)
• Fridays: 7:15am to 3.45pm, inclusive of ½hr lunch break (8 hrs)
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Hours listed above may be changed according to school's needs and subjected to time off in lieu at the discretion of the school
• Service not required during school holiday unless specified by the school.
