Project Specialist (Safety Culture & Comms)

• Design safety communication materials (comic strips, posters, eDMs, lock-screens)

• Develop e-learning modules and quizzes for Safety Champions and staff

• Create platforms to share safety success stories and best practices

• Manage and update Safety Office micro-website and safety resource repository

• Support organisation of Safety Management Committee (SMC) meetings

• Support organisation of Safety Steering Committee (SSC) meetings

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Design, Digital Media, or related field

• Experience in content creation, e-learning, or internal communications

• Familiar with basic design and e-learning tools

• Strong writing, coordination, and organisational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
