Student Management Officer (Choa Chu Kang)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and investigate student discipline-related incidents.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain case documentation.
• Support behaviour management interventions and restorative practices.
• Supervise recess detention, student late-coming and dismissal operations.
• Conduct patrols within the school and nearby neighbourhood areas to monitor student behaviour.
• Work closely with the Student Management Team and School Leaders to provide guidance and support for at-risk students.
• Promote a safe, positive and conducive school environment.

Requirements:

• Former uniformed service officer (e.g. Police Force or Singapore Prison Service).
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with at-risk youths in educational, community or correctional settings preferred.
• Experience in investigations, student discipline and behaviour management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Passionate about mentoring students and supporting their positive development.

Duration/Working hours:

8 weeks contract (Immediate)

3 days a week, excluding weekends and PHs

7 hours a day excluding lunch time
