Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls, assist with customer inquiries, and redirect calls to the appropriate team.

  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records.

  • Support smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum N level or equivalent.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is a plus.

Duration/Working hours:

2 months contract (Option to extend) Immediate

Working hours: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
