Responsibilities:

Professionally handle incoming calls, assist with customer inquiries, and redirect calls to the appropriate team.

Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records.

Support smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:

Minimum N level or equivalent.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is a plus.
2 months contract (Option to extend) Immediate
Working hours: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
