Consultant / Senior Consultant (Service Design & Process Improvement)

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us in shaping seamless, user-centred digital learning experiences.
What youll do:

Conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and pain points.

Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Map current journeys and design future-state blueprints for digital learning.

Facilitate co-design workshops and translate insights into clear requirements.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption strategies.
What were looking for:

Experience in service design, process improvement, or related roles.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Ability to balance user needs with operational and policy considerations.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Knowledge of adult learning, digital learning platforms, or training admin is a plus.
