Consultant / Senior Consultant (Service Design & Process Improvement)
3-year contract

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us in shaping seamless, user-centred digital learning experiences.

What youll do:

• Conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and pain points.

• Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Map current journeys and design future-state blueprints for digital learning.

• Facilitate co-design workshops and translate insights into clear requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption strategies.

What were looking for:

• Experience in service design, process improvement, or related roles.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Ability to balance user needs with operational and policy considerations.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

• Knowledge of adult learning, digital learning platforms, or training admin is a plus.
